The All Over Ointment is their hero product, and honestly, the hype is justified. It's a thick, zinc-based ointment that you can use on pretty much any skin irritation your baby develops. Eczema patches behind the ears? This. Cradle cap that won't quit? This. Red, angry diaper rash? Also this. Dry winter skin on the cheeks? Yep. The ingredient list is clean: zinc oxide, coconut oil, beeswax, rosemary extract, and a few other plant-based ingredients. No fragrance, no dyes, no petroleum. Our pediatrician initially raised an eyebrow at a "trendy Instagram brand" but admitted she'd seen it work for multiple patients. We used it on our daughter's persistent cheek eczema after prescription creams weren't cutting it, and it cleared up within a week. Now I'm not saying it replaces prescription treatment for severe eczema. Talk to your doctor. But for everyday skin issues, this little jar is worth its weight in gold.
