If your baby is going back and forth between breast and bottle, Comotomo is probably the first bottle your lactation consultant will suggest. The wide, naturally shaped nipple is the closest thing to the real deal, and the soft silicone body lets baby squeeze and hold it just like they'd hold you during a feed. Our daughter refused three other bottles before we tried Comotomo, and she took it on the first try. The wide neck makes filling and cleaning easy, and the dual anti-colic vents do a decent job reducing gas. Here's the thing, though. They only come in two sizes (5oz and 8oz) and two flow rates. So you don't have the customization options that Dr. Brown's or Avent offer. And at about $13 per bottle, stocking up gets pricey fast. But for breastfed babies who won't take anything else? Worth every penny. We went through the bottle rejection nightmare and these ended it overnight.
