The difference between a good changing bag and a bad one is entirely organisation. Any bag holds nappies. A good one means you can find a dummy one-handed in the dark while holding a baby, which a single large compartment will never allow. This is backpack-style, so the weight sits on both shoulders rather than dragging one down, and it looks enough like a normal bag that it doesn't have to be retired the day you stop carrying nappies.
