The M6's whole argument is its profile. Wearable pumps have a silhouette problem: most of them make it obvious to a room that you're pumping, which defeats a lot of the point of being hands-free in the first place. The M6 is built flatter to sit less conspicuously under a normal top. Everything else is familiar Momcozy, in-bra, rechargeable, several modes. It's the most expensive of their mainstream wearables at $229, and you're paying for the shape rather than for more suction. Whether that's worth $90 over the S12 depends entirely on whether you plan to pump around other people.
