Double-sided is the genuinely good idea here. One side is a morning flow meant to wake a body up, the other is a nighttime flow meant to settle one down, and flipping it becomes part of the routine itself. A child who turns the poster over at bedtime has just marked the end of the day without being told to. Add Sesame Street characters and a 3-year-old will actually do the poses. It's $29, a couple of dollars above the plain print, and it needs a hanger to be flippable, which is presumably why the brand sells one. Worth it only if your child still cares about Elmo.
