Pickles is the cat, and the low, curled shape sits well on a chest or across the knees for a child who likes to be tucked under something. Every Weighted Buddy is the same 1.5kg (3.2lb), so choosing between them is genuinely just about which animal your child takes to. The weight is what does the work: deep pressure is the same principle behind a weighted blanket, and children who seek pressure tend to notice the difference straight away. Warm Pickles in the microwave or chill in the freezer, so one toy covers a child who settles with heat and one who prefers cold. Two things to be straight about. It's $59 for a soft toy.
