Our Full Review

Board games need a child who can wait for a turn and follow a rule they didn't invent, which is roughly the four-and-up line. This one mixes gratitude prompts, body-awareness moments and simple yoga into the play, so the calming part happens inside the game rather than being announced. That's the difference between a child doing it and a child being told to do it. It's $45, which is normal board-game money, and the format means it lands with the whole family rather than one child alone. Realistically the yoga cards or the breathing ball will get used more often, because they take thirty seconds and this takes a proper sit-down. Buy it as a family game, not as an emergency calm-down tool.

What We Like

  • The calming happens inside the game, so nobody has to be told to calm down
  • Works as a whole-family activity rather than a solo one
  • Turn-taking and rule-following are exactly the skills this age is building

What Could Be Better

  • Needs a real sit-down, so it won't help in an actual meltdown
  • Under-4s won't manage the rules yet

Safety Notes

Contains small game pieces. Keep away from children under 3 and from younger siblings in the room. Do the movement prompts on a soft surface with space to fall.

Buying Guide Notes

This is the oldest-skewing product we list from this brand. If your child is 3 or just turned 4, the yoga flash cards give you the same movement ideas without needing anyone to follow rules.
