The auto mode uses a built-in sensor to measure humidity and adjusts the mist output to maintain your target level. You can set the target through the app or the display on the unit. The warm mist option is nice for winter but honestly, cool mist works fine year-round and uses less power. The top-fill design means no awkward flipping the tank upside down over the sink. You just pop the lid and pour water in from above. The app control lets you adjust settings from your phone, which is great when you're in another room and don't want to sneak into the nursery. The display dims completely for sleep mode.
