A buttery-soft bamboo rayon sleep bag that keeps your baby at the right temperature all night. It's pricey but it might be the softest thing you've ever touched.

Our Full Review
I'll be upfront: Kyte Baby is expensive. Like, you'll wince a little at checkout. But once you feel this fabric, you'll understand why parents become weirdly obsessed with this brand. The bamboo rayon is temperature-regulating, which means it keeps your baby cool in summer and warm in winter without you having to swap between different TOG ratings constantly. The 1.0 TOG version works in most home environments between 68-74 degrees. The double zipper lets you open from the bottom for diaper changes without waking your baby up from their cozy cocoon. We've washed ours probably 60 times and it's still impossibly soft. No pilling, no fading, no stretched-out neckline. Our daughter slept noticeably better in this than in cheaper sleep sacks, and yes, I know that sounds like something a brand would say, but it's genuinely true. The fit is roomy enough for kicking without being so loose that baby gets tangled. If you can swing the price, get at least two so you have a backup on laundry day.
What We Like
- Bamboo rayon fabric is genuinely the softest thing you'll put on your baby
- Temperature-regulating so it works across seasons without swapping TOG ratings
- Double zipper for bottom-up diaper changes without fully waking baby
- Holds up beautifully wash after wash with no pilling or fading
- Roomy enough for kicking but not so loose baby gets tangled
What Could Be Better
- Yeah, it's expensive. There's no getting around that
- Popular prints sell out constantly and restocks are unpredictable
- Only available in limited retail locations, mostly online
Safety Notes
Meets CPSC sleepwear safety standards. No loose fabric or ties. Make sure to choose the correct size for your baby's weight and height. Never use with additional blankets. The sleep bag replaces blankets entirely.
Buying Guide Notes
The 1.0 TOG works for most homes kept between 68-74 degrees. If your house is warmer, get the 0.5 TOG. For cold homes (below 65), consider the 2.5 TOG. Woolino makes a merino wool alternative that's also temperature-regulating at a similar price. Halo SleepSack is the budget alternative at half the price, but the fabric difference is night and day.
