Our Verdict
You'll want both for the full newborn sleep setup. The BassiNest is where baby sleeps, the Kyte bag is what they wear while sleeping. If you can only buy one first, get the BassiNest since baby needs a safe place to sleep from day one. Add the Kyte sleep bag in week 2 or 3 once you've figured out the swaddle transition timing.
